Reasons for Master Cylinder Problems of Concrete Pump Truck
Operators of concrete pump truck should be able to deal with common pumping problems occurring in daily operation. Only in this way can they avoid construction delay or safety problems. Qualified operators usually find out potential problems before they really become visible. Today let’s analyze reasons for common master cylinder problems.
Problems related to master cylinder of a concrete pump truck turn out to be the most frequent type. The top one problem is that the master cylinder does not move at all. There are seven possible reasons for this. First, the connecting wire of starting button might have fallen off. Second, the intermediate relay may have broken down. Third, something is wrong with the magnetic exchange valve, like damaging of electromagnet. Fourth, operators have set wrong main pump delivery. Fifth, there is insufficient hydraulic oil. Sixth, filter cartridges are blocked. Seventh, the oil control orifice plug is blocked seriously. A second problem about master cylinder is that it does not switch directions. There are six possible roots. First, electromagnet of the magnetic direction switching valve has been damaged. Second, the base of the switch is covered with oil or sticky materials, which leads to short circuit. Third, the two approach switches are placed in wrong locations. Fourth, something is wrong with one or both of the approach switches. Fifth, side pressure switch of one-way valve has been damaged. Last, the relay has been burned. Another problem about master cylinder of concrete pump truck is that the cylinder moves in a weak way. Possible reasons include destroying of the one-way valve, inappropriate adjustment of master pumping value, insufficient control oil pressure, wrong setting of flood valve as well as washing valves of slippage pump, blocking of filter cartridge, insufficient hydraulic oil, blockage in control oil pipe, failure of electronic switch valve etc.
