Structure and Working Principle of Concrete Pump Truck

　　A concrete pump truck combines functions of both concrete mixer trucks and trailer concrete pumps. It collects finished concrete from a concrete batching plant, delivers concrete to a given construction site and then sends the concrete directly onto the targeted points of built projects. It’s improved from a lorry, the base of which is further equipped with driving devices, pumping system, mixing system, grading system and other accessories. If divided by structure forms, there are piston mold, pisitive mold and water pressure membrane mold of concrete pump trucks.

　　The working principle of a concrete pump truck is as followed. First, power from the engine is delivered by distribution box to hydraulic pump group which drives pistons of the concrete pump. Second, driven by the concrete pump, the placing boom and delivery pipe sends the concrete to a given height and distance.
